Clearly a Chinese based company that's laughing all the way to the bank, especially with "brother PayPal facilitating" their fairly complex efforts to relieve us of our cash.

 

"A FOOL AND HIS MONEY ARE SOON PARTED."  I'M NOW LIKELY ONE OF THEM. THESE COMPANIES WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT "SELLER AND BILLER" NAMES ARE HARD TO TRACK, but shame on PayPal!

I ordered from them but never received my package. I placed claim and PayPal back to me and told your case denying and the company provide them with a confirmation that I received it. That’s not true. If PayPal has a lot of complaining about this company why they still making business with them and support them

I spotted an ad on Facebook the other day from a company called ''Dayday-Likable''. It was advertising the same leather footwear that I was fooled into buying from the Jinzhou Network Co. - clearly it's Jinzhou under yet another name.  I reported the ad & today got the notification back from Facebook that they had removed it because it violated their ad policies. I would urge everyone to do this.

Hi, You advise Paypal is More than aware, yet they refuse to resolve and accept the lies this company provides - they simply bought their garbage lies and closed the case even though I gave them proof the delivery was to another address - This is UTTER THEFT and FRAUD and PAYPAL are assisting them to do it:

The Supplier advised the item was shipped under tracking #UJ651882527CN - this tracking number according to Royal Mail (Confirmed) is for another person delivered several weeks back. The supplier advised it was an error and a new order was shipped out a week ago, but when queried they supplied the same tracking number confirming the order is out for delivery. I believe this a scam and the goods will never arrive. I would like to cancel the order and receive a refund. Attached are the PDF copies of the emails to and from the supplier as proof including the emails from Royal Mail confirming the order belongs to another person. Thank you - Gordon

This issue has been ongoing for several weeks, the seller provides the same bogus tracking number again and again for a parcel delivered to another customer and addresses in UK....this looks legitimate but is far from it. I have proof from royal mail that this package was not for me. I have emailed and given more than enough time for the seller to resolve however nothing has happened as all they offer is wait and it will eventually arrive, delay after delay without any product, I believe like many others this is a scam. Please kindly assist, thank you

Firstly, good that you made the effort to copy responses to here, as it may help a new victim...Over my few months on here, we all have similar experiences. My advice? Ignore that they try to close your 'case'.. Don't bother with their online message centre, it is circular.. CALL, CALL, CALL their office in your country until they understand that you won't give in - the only way to make PayPal concede & pay your refund is your persistence.. I got images of their bogus tracking advice and a corresponding confirmation from my Post Office Manager, that the tracking number is NOT IN YOUR NAME OR ADDRESS and emailed it to PayPal address provided by PayPal (after many calls)..and different customer reps.. If it costs PayPal wages, they start to listen.. I got my refund, so did others, now GET YOURS! DON'T LET THE SCAMMERS WIN - IT'S UNFAIR & CRIMINAL!

I've just reported them to PP for my money back for a product I ordered from called "Luckwhile" I've contacted them on several occasions and they state that the goods have been received? I click on the tracking number they provided and it states that the goods were received 44 days ago. I've contacted the Chinese based freight company for details of delivery only to receive no response. When I go to the original confirmation email and click on view my order it just goes to a blank Error 404 screen.

My confirmation that I didn't receive and they're sent a fictitious tracking number was a screen shot of a teacking sms/text with someone else's tracking number...I took that to the post office & the Mgr checked who it related to, then printed his screen, signed & stamped it..then I just CALLED & CALLED PayPal, emailed images of both & insisted until they listened..did you get an SMS from them?

JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO LIMITED is a fraud.

the tracking number they provided is false, it belongs to someone else that probably lives near you.

the local courier center verified that the tracking number I was given belongs to someone else.

Paypal can do nothing, because in the tracking system it shows that the order is delivered.

Any advice please?

I had the same problem. i had to go to USPS and get something from them that showed the tracking number and the delivery address. USPS gave me a picture of the package. They scan every package with a picture. It was enough to prove the package wasn't delivered to my address and i wasxrefunded my money. Good Luck !

Happened to me too! This company provided a false proof of delivery to Paypal and they closed the case! SHAME ON YOU PAYPAL, I've had an unblemished buying selling account with you for many years.

I am a victim of this scam company and it sickens me to wade through the hundreds of complaints on this forum. The criminals are obviously guilty of electronic fraud, procuring and doctoring tracking information from major companies like Hermes, DPS and UPS etc. What astounds me is that PayPal is so incompetent, disinterested or actually involved in these criminal activities, that they refuse to accept overwhelming proof that the criminals are laughing their way to the bank. I hope PayPal scrutinises the payments made to them by Jinzhou for their services or they might be hoist by their own petard. That would be poetic justice.
