Is this a scam invoice? How do i cancel it?

I have been sent an invoice for $300 from a name I do not recognize for very vague reasons. I have never used the service they're invoicing me for and customer services is currently closed. Will the money be taken if I ignore this invoice? And how do i cancel it?

I was told to click on the said invoice and it gives you the option to cancel the invoice.
