Is the website Intex Authorized Reseller legit? Only contact info is a an email which is being returned with the message "permanent error. There is no phone number etc. The funds came out of my account as Jennifer <removed>. Does anyone know what is up with this website? I screen shorted everything.

Yep happened to me also, ordered yesterday $90.44 went through today $104.00(extra 15%) no explanation in bill summary. Paypal sent me usps Tracking info said delivered monday 2 days b4 i even ordered. Plus thought its was coming through DHL? Has to be a scam I'm about to send them a email, PayPal is swampped.

It is obviously an issue since this has happened to so many others! I strongly suggest everyone fille a claim ASAP. I am trying to escalate mine now.  I feel waiting 10 days to before going further is not a good idea. Thanks to you all! I still keep you posted....

Yeah paypal told me i could start a dispute because transaction had been completed. Nobody has replied to my email i sent to <removed> not sure how anybody can manipulate a usps tracking # to make it look like you recieved a order b4 order was even made? My 18' x 48' pool tracking supposedly started 6/12/20 in mooseheart Illinois &amp; was delivered in my mailbox monday 6/22 &amp; just ordered it yesterday, wow i suggested paypay look at this cummunity on this subject so possibility could stop it from happening to others, i saw another site out there very similar also Chinese name&amp; same 80% off price lie.

I ordered the same pool and the same thing happened to me. I emailed him 3 different times! And the bad thing is my kids paid for this pool. I ordered mine on the 12th and it supposedly arrived on the 11th from the same address as yours. I made a dispute yesterday bc they told me to wait 5 days. I just don't think that we spelled m should have to wait for a whole month just to get our money back. What about our kids that worked to get this money and wanted a pool before the summer was up. Yes, I think that PayPal should do something and where are we suppose to get a pool now.

Ordered a pool once but got no sale confirmation, so tried again, still no confirmation, but charged twice on PayPal. Checked shipping info on PP receipt and it was from another unrelated seller's order that had already been shipped days before. It was also noted I believe that the "seller" was not in this country. BEWARE !

I just filed dispute, had problem getting info to send to paypal. I typed 1300 characters twice, hit submit, took me back to sign again all lost due to error at paypal? Did manage to get my screenshots sent i think? Didn't realize it was going to seller. But git dispute # will be making a claim of it here soon
