I ordered the same pool and the same thing happened to me. I emailed him 3 different times! And the bad thing is my kids paid for this pool. I ordered mine on the 12th and it supposedly arrived on the 11th from the same address as yours. I made a dispute yesterday bc they told me to wait 5 days. I just don't think that we spelled m should have to wait for a whole month just to get our money back. What about our kids that worked to get this money and wanted a pool before the summer was up. Yes, I think that PayPal should do something and where are we suppose to get a pool now.
