So I recently sold an item to a woman in Ireland I’m from England she should’ve received the items by now but she is saying she hasn’t I have proof of postage but didn’t pay for tracking as she only paid the littlest fee for postage and PayPal also take a cut so I wasn’t paying double postage so what I’m asking is : if she doesn’t receive the item but I have posted and the proof of postage what happens

Hi @Demileighb,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!
In general, to be covered under our Seller Protection policy, you will need to ship any physical item to the address provided in the transaction details with a tracking number. If you chose an untracked service, we would not be able to cover you in case of disputes, claims or chargebacks.
I hope this helps,
Martina
