Kijiji deleted adds after payment was made

I placed an add on Kijiji and the next day it was deleted.

That was after I paid for an "Urgent Top Add," at a cost of approximately $22.00 for seven days.

If there was anything wrong with the add, which I couldn't see, it should not have been allowed to go through

before payment was made. However, they accept the payment first, then they delete the add.

That is a deliberate "SCAM."
