I have made on order on vive.com, they charged my paypal account, but they didnt complete the order.

I have made on order on vive.com and I've chosen paypal as a payment option. They charged my paypal account but they didnt complete the order. How can I cancel or charge back ? thanks!

If order/transaction was not completed or failed and you see it Pending in your PayPal and/or bank account or card, the Pending authorization will expire and drop off in a few days or within 30 days. If transaction is still pending beyond 30 days, ask PayPal/bank/card to void the authorization for you.

If the payment is posted or completed, then you may open a dispute with PayPal or chargeback through your card company.
