I'd like to report a fraudulent user, impersonating someone else.

There's a user on Twitter

Who is impersonating another user.

And I think that constitutes getting banned from Paypal, honestly? It's fraud, it's an impersonation, etc. Anyone know how to get this done?

Thanks, Paypal. You've done nothing to prevent fraud.
