How to stop refund process ?

I think that I got scammed out of my own stupidity. Person wanted to buy picture from my daughter. I accepted and he told me that he will pay with pay pal. Then he informed me that he tried to pay but it was not possible because of limit on my account. He asked if we wont his help to upgrade my account on business and that he has to pay 200$ for it. I asked him to stop transaction but he told it was not possible. I got email abut transaction. I also got email from pay pal service with same info. He then told I have to refund that money and I accepted. But he eventually did not got money, money is not there and he can't pay for picture and to make it work he asked for donation but on another email. I was still stupid idiot to trust and I donated money. But he then sent another transaction for bigger amount and again asked refund. That is when I checked previous refund and noticed date. It shows 2 days for processing. Please how to stop first transaction so my loss could be reduced. I know that I am idiot but please help.

Any pending payment would need to be stopped by the funding source ie your bank or debit / credit card issuers.

Hello and thank you kindly for fast respond.

I was in the bank to check status of those refund transactions. Neither refund is listed. Only donation is listed but is on hold for processing period of 2-5 days. Probably there is no chance to stop donation because money is reserved on my account.

I will try to block my bank account to prevent any further transactions and to close down my PayPal account. Will this help in stopping refund transaction ?

I am also about to file official report to bank and then to go in court in my country and to file case for economical crime. 

Further I took all pictures from conversation done in messages on phone from requester, for all emails which I got from customer support they used to prepare filed for scam and am about to make printing file o pictures of communication trough customer service email. I will file full report to PayPal phishing because customer service is not working.  There is no alive person to respond. I tried to call but I am in Europe so phone call was not possible.

Please, do you suggest any other approach to stop this and to prevent any further attempt to force out those new bigger amounts they allegedly requested ?
