Hi everyone,
How long should I wait for an item to arrive before opening a dispute?
I bought something from the US on 23rd August, it was shipped on the 26th August , departed the US on the 3rd September and I have no further tracking.
I have contacted the company but they keep telling me to wait.....but how much longer do I need to wait?
UPS are no help and Auspost have received a as they called it a "pre-emptive" scan but it has not been physically scanned into their system so they can't help either.
Can I open a dispute or do I need to wait longer?
Thanks Kind regards Maz

You have 180 days from date of payment to file dispute so plenty of time to spare. Logistically, shipments to AU is gonna take awhile anyway.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
