How can I get back my money from unauthorised payment?

I reported an unauthorised payment on 24th August. But didn't receive any feedback still now

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.

However unauthorised claims are normally dealt with in a few days so did you get an email that said paypal did not consider it unauthorised at all?


Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
