Hi. I was scammed. I made a purchase and never received the product. Tried contacting the company and they blocked me. What can I do? They told me to pay via Friends and Family and I did.

Unfortunately, you negated your PayPal buyer protection by paying as friends and family. Friends and family is basically a ‘gift’ payment.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
