Hello! A few days ago one of my sellers issued a chargeback of $50 because they were having trouble with their bank. They agreed they will no longer be disputing the case and they sent me a screenshot.
I also responded on my side saying that the seller no longer wished to dispute the case. Today I still haven't received my money back from paypal and the dispute was still apparently under review, now paypal has charged me another $15. I don't understand why, when this is all over will I be getting my $48 and $15 back? Did I or the seller forget to do something? Is there something else I can do to speed up the review process? This is the first time i have received a chargeback and am not sure what else to expect.

Hi @El1as,
Thank you for your post, and welcome back to the Community Forum! If I understand correctly, you are the seller and one of your buyers initiated a chargeback, and then canceled the chargeback. I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing a chargeback.
When a buyer opens a dispute with a financial institution, the dispute lives in the hands of that institution and PayPal cannot cancel the dispute ourselves. Only that institution can cancel it, and the action typically takes a while. If the chargeback has been canceled, you will hear something from us as soon as we receive the cancellation notice from the card issuer. I regret that there is not a way to speed up the process.
The chargeback fee is a portion of the fee that PayPal is charged by the card issuer when a dispute is opened with them. I do not believe that the fee is refunded when a buyer chooses to cancel the dispute. Please let us know if I'm incorrect with regard to that.
I hope this information helps!

Sorry but how can a seller do a chargeback?
Sellers don't send you money so what are they chargingback?
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
