I got a security code sent to my phone at 3:55 am. I don’t use my account because I can’t clear up temporary hold .

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've received an unrequested security code. I can certainly understand how concerning that must be. Have you tried logging into your account? I would recommend logging in to make sure there's no unauthorize activity present. If you see any unauthorized activity present, you can report it through our Resolution Center. If you're referencing a limitation with the temporary hold, here's how to Resolve a limitation as well.
