(Fraud) Facebook Ads booked without permission

Hello, over the last Week somehow Facebook Ads was booking almost 300 USD from my PayPal account via an Account that is closed for over 2 Years because of unauthorised access. I don’t know how Facebook or the Fraud got access to my PayPal because I never confirmed a payment or anything related to it. How are the chances that I’m getting my money back? Facebook has no option to contact them because I need to log in to an account that is obviously deactivated

Welcome back! Thanks for visiting our Community Forum again. These kind of issues are never fun to deal with, I'm sorry to hear you've had to. After some digging, I found the following Help Article on Facebook: Troubleshoot unrecognized activity on your ad account
 

I'm not sure if that will work with a closed account, so have you checked to see if the option for a dispute is available in the Resolution Center? 

If that's not available, and it charged with an outside funding source, you want to reach out to that funding source to see what options are available.
