Hello, over the last Week somehow Facebook Ads was booking almost 300 USD from my PayPal account via an Account that is closed for over 2 Years because of unauthorised access. I don’t know how Facebook or the Fraud got access to my PayPal because I never confirmed a payment or anything related to it. How are the chances that I’m getting my money back? Hello, Im building a Startup and it’s a Plattform, for the online Payments I would like to use PayPal but I have sone questions. I will be the middle man between two customers. We actually wanted to charge small commission rates but as PayPal ist charging more than 2% we would to increase that number. Is there any chance to decrease the commisson fee on PayPal? Also is there a best practice? Should I at first keep that money on my PayPal and then transfer the money to the customer via bank transaction? Happy for any advice ... View more
