I had some fraud charges on my PayPal as well as my personal bank account. PayPal has emailed me and said my provisional credit they issues is now permanent and it's been ruled in my favor.
However, there's still an open dispute where they're trying to contact the merchant. Is this someething I should worry about in the future?
I was hacked as well. Paypal refunded me my money while they decided whether this was actual fraud. which my bank was also hacked as well and got almost 1000 dollars and everything they did get, I got refunded. Same source got to my Paypal. 30 days ago this happened. Now all of a sudden paypal took the refunded funds back out of my paypal leaving me in the red! and closed my case. I'm having a heck of a time even getting someone on the phone. this is ridicules!
