I have multifactor and full security turned on.
On Monday this week, i have a transaction i didnt make whilst my personal device was turned off (lost power).

This is from JUSTEAT.CO.UK - similar to JUST-EAT.CO.UK.

No email notifications at all,

Anyone else had similar??

Currently Paypal are refusing buyer protection, dispite it being obviously fraud.
The web address does not even uniquly resolve.

Check if you had a subscription set up.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
