I have a charge on my bank account for $175.00 which I dont believe I made.  I checked by Paypal account and it doesnt show up.  Is this a fradulent charge if it isnt showing my account.  I sent Paypal a text but no response.  I assume if it isnt on my account but is taken out of my bank then it must be fraud

Welcome! I'm sorry to hear you've run into an unrecognized transaction on your bank. If the transaction were made through your PayPal account, we'd recommend reporting the activity through our Resolution Center. Since it's not in your PayPal activity, we'd recommend reaching out to your bank to see what options are available.
