Dispute resolved

My dispute was resolved in my favor requesting a refund. I have not received the refund or a pending refund. This normal?

Hi @Homarid69,

 

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post.

 

Typically, a refund takes 3-5 business days to process, however, it can take up to 14 business days. 

 

If the refund shows in your PayPal 'Activity' page, it means it is currently processing to your bank/card.

 

If there is no sign of the refund in your 'Activity', it would mean the funds are still processing from the seller. If the funds do not process within 10 business days, we will attempt to take the funds again. If this happens, you will be notified via email. I would advise you to keep an eye on your email for any updates.
