Contact PayPal via Email ??

I recently "lost" a chargeback case.
The buyer asked DHL to drop the parcel at his door, he never signed and then he filled a chargeback.

I kindly asked PayPal to send me the communications I had with them to my email. I also asked them to forward the reason the buyer's financial institution decided on his favor since we provided DHL tracking number and signed by DHL Proof of Delivery document. I need this information on email because my lawyer is preparing a lawsuit and this kind of info must be in an email in order to pass to the court of law.

I am asking PayPal on a daily basis for this information and more than a week has now passed.  They are always giving me excuses like "Our chargeback specialists will review your case again. Give us 24hours"

Is there a way to  contact PayPal via email ?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Thank you for your reply,

I called them and I talk with them daily on the message center.
At the moment it is the third time PayPal asked me, from the Message Center, to wait for 24-48 hours to reply to me.

Days are passing, I cannot prove to the shipping company that the buyer filled a chargeback, I cannot file a lawsuit and PayPal asks me to wait for 24-48 hours every single time I contact them.

I do not want to wait, I want PayPal to forward to my email the reason the buyer's financial institution closed the charge back case on his favor, and also forward to my email the conversations I had with them on the message center. Is not something bad, is not something you can only learn in MIT, It is just an email (Electronic Mail Invented 1965 by Shiva Ayyadurai).

Those are all the ways to contact paypal customer services.

As a chargeback is not a paypal dispute then they probably won't know why the c.c. company found in favour of their client. The c.c. company would not share that with Paypal as its an external process, they would just tell them the end decision.

I believe you.
Can you please tell me PayPal's email address in order to communicate with them and tell me the same thing ?

P.S I am not expecting to tell me information about the chargeback and the bank.
I want an email from their side saying "A customer filed a Chargeback and he won it because you didn't provide this and that and that..".
It is very simple the thing I am asking

I chat with Paypal on a daily basis the last 2 weeks.
I asked them to forward the conversations I had with them on Message Center to my email and I am still waiting....

Every time I contact them about that they tell me to wait 24-48hours because they opened a ticket etc.
They are very well trained to protect PayPal . I could hire to my company every single one of them but the thing is not PayPal in my case.

I want to file a lawsuit to the shipping company (for leaving the parcel at the buyer's door without taking his signature) and to the buyer (because he received the parcel) and then he filed a chargeback. There are 2 financial institutions knowing about this charge back.

1 is PayPal - 2 is Buyer's Credit Card Issuer.

So I kindly request from PayPal to give me a document via email in order to prove that a chargeback took place and my company lost money.

It would be easier for me to prove the loss if PayPal could forward to my email the communications I had with them over the message center and an official document saying that the chargeback occurred and I lost money.

PayPal if you are reading this... You do not need an MIT graduate to send this email. A junior lawyer charging 80$/hour can do it !
