Card misprint

So I've recently gotten a new card, it's a prepaid money network card (powered by mastercard) because I don't have a bank account yet. I've been permanently banned from PayPal due to an issue I can't resolve with my bank. I'm not looking for a way to resolve the issue with my card but I want a way to remove the card and unlock my account seeing as the issue is primarily an accident on the side of my bank. As per my issue where the back three numbers should say xyz and in the system they are xyz, the card is printed ABC due to an error. I'm hoping that support will understand that my account was not intended to be fraudulent but even though I had done everything correctly and honestly, my "bank" had made an error and passed it on to me without realizing. Another note is that I am still fully able to utilize my card as a regular debit card and have full access to payments and all the functions of the money network website dispite my card's error.
