I have a bride that contacted me on Etsy for purchasing a CUSTOM MADE gown, We made the gown according to her imagination now she is unhappy with the gown, She is making small excuses. And wants to return the gown. I cannot accept it as it is custom made design and custom made in measurements. I am willing to compensate a small amount back to her as she is upset about the sleeves being to thick and she says the stitching does not look straight, She will report it to paypal. What do I do as I notice Paypal is always more on the buyers side then the seller.
