Buyer's inappropriate Claim

Hello Everyone.
I sell dress online but some buyers at times claim for return and return. I noticed that some buyers use the dress before return. How can i argue this with customer on PayPal when buyer reports to PayPal?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some concerns with your recent sales. If the item you sold is returned to you in a significantly worse condition than it was originally sent, you may have the option to appeal your case with our Resolution Center. I would recommend reviewing your Seller Protection to see what items may or may not be covered.
