PayPal not activating account & still asking for information although I provided everything

Here you can see that our business has opened a PayPal account but PayPal has put limitations on. Now what I did was putting my EIN in the place of the SSN, is it the problem ? (I do not have an SSN - I do have an EIN for my business though).
I sent my documents (Driver's license & EIN letter & IRS letter) to paypal's service email address and I also uploaded my documents www.paypal.com/eebr
What else can I do to lift the limitations ?

You have a U.S paypal account so are you in the US?

No I'm not physically in the U.S. I have opened an LLC from outside the U.S.

You would need an SSN to use a Paypal U.S account, paypal is country specific and you should only open an account registered in the country where you live.

My business is legally registered in the U.S. therefore I'm opening a U.S. PayPal Business account, It makes no sense for me to open a PayPal business account in a country other than U.S., cuz my business isn't registered anywhere else but in the U.S.
