Can you open PayPal business account as a foreign without SSN (with single-member LLC in US)?

Hello there, PayPal community!

I have one question about opening a business PayPal account. I have registered foreign-owned LLC in Wyoming, United States, but I am personally living in Slovenia (Europe) and I am the only owner of my company (single-member LLC). When I try to open my PayPal business account for my company, PayPal requires SSN/ITIN in my personal verification section. I don't have any of these numbers, since I am a non-US resident and we don't have an SSN/ITIN number here in Europe. I can provide all required documents, including my Slovenian TAX ID number. Did any of you had a similar issue and managed to resolve it without entering the SSN/ITIN number? I can provide the EIN number for my company and also all other required information regarding my business or me personally.

No, you can't.

I've called PayPal Service today and the final answer was that it is not possible to open a US Business PayPal Account as a foreigner, even if the LLC is registered in the US.

They gave me the following options:

1. Get a US residential address to verify that you get personal utility bills in the US;

2. Find someone who will take care of your business finances and is willing to verify him/herself (US resident).
