Hi, i hope someone can help me with this.
I have a buyer in the EU that bought an item from me and asked me to declare a much lower value.
I did not comply and declared the full amount to cover myself with the purchased insurance value.
Now the buyer is refusing to pay his custom fees and refuses to accept the item, what can I do about this?

Hello @nothingcake,
Welcome! Thanks for visiting the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear your buyer is not willing to pay the Customs Fees associated with your shipment. If your buyer opens a claim through PayPal on this item, it's likely they will not be awarded a refund through us. A recipient is normally responsible for paying the country’s customs fees or taxes and is responsible for items that can’t be received in the country. However, they may receive a different reply if they file a charge through their external funding source.
You may want to reach out to your shipping company to see if the option to get your item back is available.
Good luck with this and future sales,
- Jon K
