Can someone charge a refund on something that is two year past the time if the money sent? Because someone just threated to refund money sent way back in 2020 towards my friend.
No. PayPal Buyer protection lasts 180 days from date of payment. Can’t speak on credit card chargebacks though, some cards might approve a chargeback that old as a courtesy to their customer.
