Fund not arrived

Hello there,

 

My problem is the following. I created a PP business account on 14.06 and wire some money to it from my bank account to pay one of my supplier bill.

I just realized then that this will not be a prompt action so I logged in to my PP account on 15.06 and linked my bank account to the PP account to make the payment in this way.

I just got a message that my account is closed and I will not be able to use it in the future but I will not be able to open a new one with the same details?

I tried to get answers.I tried the call us link wich directed me to the Hungarian Telekom...send several message due to the support center but after click on the send button I have errors that the page is not working....and finaly I got bac an answer that my account is closed and I have to accept it.

So when can I get back my money due that my account is closed?

Why my account is closed when I just openned and did not make any action which might against the rules or the public? Thank you

180 days as it says on the email. PayPal will email you when it’s okay to withdraw.

Thank you! This 180 days is also relevant on that cases when this money did not reach my PP account?The balance is still Zero.
