Account removed and terminated

Hello, I use my PayPal very often as a way to buy groceries through apps like Uber eats or glovo and I use it for friends to send me money they owe me or me send money to friends or family etc etc. I have had PayPal for a long time and never had any issues but all of a sudden they limited my account and asked me to provide them with information such as my DNI or my bank statement. After giving these to them they shut down my whole account with all of my money in it and won’t let me take it out for another 180 days?? I don’t understand why my account was terminated? It says my activity was inconsistent with PayPal’s user agreement but I haven’t ever done anything out of the ordinary or anything wrong/illegal.. I really need the money in my PayPal and I really need to start using it again so please help!!
