Account limited and submitted IDs are still under review

I have this account for so long now and it has been limited for no reason. I tried resolving the issue but after submitting valid IDs, it's stuck under review. Still no confirmation if the limitations were lifted.

 

How could I contact Paypal to follow this up?

You’ll have to reach out to customer service, try PayPal at Facebook or Twitter with Private message:

PayPal on Twitter
