Payment pending tracking number - Scam?

Hi, I'm just selling something on the South African equivalent of ebay. The purchaser has said they paid the amount and to check my spam folder. I have received a PDF from an address "financier.com"

It says I must send the tracking number to have the funds released. 

I have gone to `/myaccount/activities/` but I don't see any transactions there.

Is this a scam?

I’m sitting with the same problem now this is the email they are using “financier.com”
