paypal sandbox webhook status pending

When I complete a payment with PayPal using a sandbox account, webhook events are listed as "Pending" with an orange icon in the "Webhook events" section of the PayPal developer dashboard, and the log shows that the webhook has not been called. However, when I use the webhook simulator, it works fine!

I've tested myself this morning and I'm not receiving webhooks either, so I've engaged with the relevant technical teams to review.

Correction :

I've now received the webhooks. Should have allowed more time for delivery.

Webhook delivery appears to be working fine this morning.

I am currently experiencing this very same issue.

Has the sandbox broken again.
