Unable to Confirm Sandbox Email Address

I have created a sandbox account that needs the email address that linked to the gravity forms add ons Paypal Checkout. I cant use the add ons if my email is not verified and im not getting any email. please help

Thank you for contributing to this post. Per your request, I have manually confirmed this sandbox account email: SQK3896EVFNJU.

You can add the sandbox account to your Developer Dashboard so you can receive any email notifications.

Here is how:

• Log into the Developer Dashboard at https://developer.paypal.com
• Click on Testing Tools
• Click on Sandbox Accounts
• Click on "Link other sandbox accounts to this developer account"
• Log into your Sandbox Account
• Click the link button
• Return to the Developer Dashboard

You will be able to see any email notifications going tot hat sandbox account by clicking on Testing Tools and Notifications.

I've linked my sandbox account to developer.paypal.com.

But I still got nothing from the notification.
