Hello @zwelithini
The account you've referenced is not enabled for payments pro and therefore you won't be able to conduct any direct payment transactions using this account at the moment.
1. Login to your PayPal Developer account
2. Click on "Accounts" under the "Sandbox" column
3. Locate the business account you wish to upgrade to payments pro, and to the left of the email address click on the arrow and a drop-down menu will appear which has two options.
4. On the drop-down menu, click on "profile" and then click on "upgrade to pro".
5. After a few moments, a message should be displayed on-screen which advises the account has been successfully upgraded to a PayPal Payments Pro account.
Thanks !
