None of the FIRC documents I had access to before are showing up on my Paypal. Please help!!

Hi,
I had access to all my FIRC documents on Paypal before. And none of it is available on logging in now. I'm sharing screenshots of the FIRC intimation I received by email from Paypal. And what my FIRC dashboard looks like. 

I need these documents super urgently for my tax purposes. If someone can help.. ppleaseee! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear your FIRC documents are no longer showing. I recommend clearing your cache and cookies or attempting through another browser. I suggest requesting them again here if they still don't show up. For further assistance, feel free to reach out to Customer Support.

Hi, so now Im able to see the FIRC documents. But when I click on download now, it fails. 
Could you please check it for me?

I tried both on edge and chrome, and also tried clearing the cache.

Thanks for responding back! Sorry to hear that you're not able to download the FIRC documents. As a PayPal merchant, you will be able to download your Monthly Digital FIRA directly from your PayPal Business account every month and it will be available for download by 15th of every subsequent and will have reference to all your previous month’s foreign inward transactions done via PayPal. You can find more information about the process to download the monthly FIRA here. You will need a pdf reader to open the document. If the issue persists, please contact the team to look into this further.
