I entered proof of why a seller didn't comply and it is not there anymore.

Hi,

I started a dispute, and I was asked to upload proof documents. I did it in time, and later I received an email saying that they favoured the seller because I didn't comply.

I entered the Resolution Centre, and all the uploaded pictures weren't there.

I can't write to the service or the resolution centre because the case is closed.

I would appreciate any advice.

Thanks
