Urgent Request to Review and Reinstate My Permanently Limited Business PayPal Account Dear PayPal Customer Support, I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the recent permanent limitation imposed on my business PayPal account. I strongly believe that this decision has been made in error, and I kindly request you to review my account once again and reinstate it immediately, allowing me to access the funds held within. As a loyal PayPal user, I have always conducted my business transactions with utmost integrity and adherence to PayPal's policies and guidelines. I have successfully fulfilled all my dropshipping orders, as requested by PayPal, by promptly providing the associated tracking numbers. Despite fulfilling all the requirements, my account was unexpectedly blocked, leaving me with no access to the funds that are rightfully mine. I understand that PayPal has the responsibility to protect its users from potential fraudulent activities and maintain the trust of its community. However, I assure you that there has been no violation of PayPal's terms and conditions from my end. I have diligently followed all the necessary protocols and have been transparent in my business dealings. I kindly request that you reevaluate my account and the circumstances surrounding its limitation. I am confident that upon reviewing the provided evidence, you will find no legitimate reason to permanently restrict my account. The funds held within my PayPal account are essential for the continued operation of my business, and their release is of utmost importance to me. I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter and a swift resolution. If necessary, I am more than willing to provide any additional documentation or information to help facilitate the review process. I trust in PayPal's commitment to fairness and believe that you will reconsider your decision. I eagerly await a positive response from your esteemed team, reinstating my PayPal business account and granting me access to my funds. I sincerely hope that this unfortunate situation can be resolved promptly, allowing me to resume my business activities without further disruption. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Yours faithfully, Jomi [removed]

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try and they accept your call then..........

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.

Another person suffering the same issue of getting their account permanent limits.

I and several other people in the community don't genuinely think that PayPal is not taking this serious enough and that there are other ways of finding out if an account is doing fraud or illegal actions. How are we supposed to continue trusting in PayPal when they're putting false limitation to accounts doing honest business.

Everyone who posts on here about being limited always says that they had broken no rules. However Paypal do not ban you for 0 reason. What would be the point??? They make far more money from you using your Paypal account than interest on any held money. They don't want to put themselves out of business so don't go around banning as many accounts as they can.

I'm just saying that is a bit suspicious that it is all happening at the same time and concrete reasons are not give to us by PayPal. is it so wrong to question it from a business point of view.

There have been posts about permanent bans nearly every day on this forum for at least the 6 years I have helped on here, its not just a recent thing. Remember this forum is a world wide forum so you are going to get lots of posts on this subject.

Secondly Paypal never give you an actual reason, I guess as you have already been banned it would not make a difference anyway. However they normally direct you to the user or acceptable use policy to review to see where you broke the rules.

I can give you a few reasons but of course this is not all of them just the most common ones.

1. You have a previously limited account (temporary or permanent) and you have tried to open a new account and not resolved the issues with the other account first.
2. Using a VPN.
3. Not living in the country where you opened your Paypal account.
4. Being under 18 / minor account.
5. Having 2 Paypal accounts or more of the same account type.
6. Not having your legal name on your Paypal account.
7. Selling items (often virtual or digital) that Paypal consider a high risk of disputes/chargebacks OR items that violate their acceptable use policy.
8. Using the friends/family option for sales transactions to try and evade Paypal fees and risk of disputes.
9. Too many disputes/claims.
10. Violating their acceptable use policy as per link.
