will Paypal will issue tax document for 2022 if total receive money is $10000

It appears that the tax document part of paypal is not working.  2022 is not even on there.  When I put in all of the other years, they say no tax documents when I know they have sent 1099k out in the past years.  This is not good.  There seems to be a few glitches in the paypal system, but this is a very BIG one!
