There's a problem in creating a download.

Whatever start date I input (eg "since date of last download") the report has TODAY'S date as the start date.

I understand you're having trouble creating an activity download, and I'm sorry to hear that. I recommend clearing your cache and cookies or trying a different web browser. When selecting your custom dates, you'll also want to ensure you click 'OK' at the bottom of the drop-down. Otherwise, the dates may not save properly.
