I still cannot view 'Running Balance' / 'Balance Affecting' on the Activity page!

I am posting this question as an additional attempt to put this issue in front of the PayPal developer's eyes.

We shouldn't need to do a 6/6+ step process to download a CSV statement/report to see a running balance - and this alternative isn't even reliable either!

Dear PayPal, please fix this issue! Don't reply to this post with some lousy 'How To' for downloading a statement. This issue pertains to the 'Activity' page, and the fact you have an option in your dropdown box clearly labelled "Balance view" . This feature used to work (about 12 months ago!)

The balance effected doesn't even show on the download. This really shouldn't be this hard to see a running balance.
