Activity Download (Create Report) button not responding QB

Hello, 

1. I go to Activity>>All Reports>>Activity Download>>

2. Select a date range and transaction type and FORMAT "IIF" for Quickbooks.

3. Hit button "Create Report" and nothing happens.

 

I have done this a bunch of times. Usually I get a pop-up where you type in the Income and Expense Descriptions where you want those to good when imported into Quickbooks.

I click the button or hit ENTER on keyboard and nothing happens.

Did anyone find a fix for this? I can't download IIF files either.

Same problem here. It worked fine a month ago. All other format download (csv, tab, pdf) are working fine, but I get nothing when I select .iif and click on "Create Report." Anyone know what's going on?

I called yesterday, and they said there is an issue generating reports. They promised to generate for me and send to my email. Never did.

Hello PAYPAL, It is still not working.

I need a IIF file download for August, Income: Sales:Paypal Sales, Expense: General and Administration:Paypal Fees

Yes, I very much need this .iif download to enter these many payments into our Quickbooks program. I've checked dozens of times, all formats can be downloaded except .iif. Is PayPal discontinuing this? How can we find out?

It looks like PayPal fixed the button today. I was able to successfully download the file and import it into Quickbooks. Yea!!!
