EBAY TAKEN 10.82 AFTER I ADDED MY CARD TO ISSUE A REFUND HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?

Basically I needed to issue a rfumd for 2.00n and I followed the instructions to add my card to the account and then it took £10.82 I panic and tok my card off the account and now I would like the money back?
Is that possible ? What do I do?
Also for next time please can you expplain why it does that ? thanks

Why did it take off so much? eBay never done it. Look at the transaction what does it say? Did you refund in full if you did you will have to ask the recipient to refund you the 8.00 difference.
