I placed an order last week via E Bay which was accepted and I made payment via PP all appeared good. No goods arrived and on checking the order status I discovered that the seller had cancelled my order ( despite the money having left my account ) giving the reason via E Bay that there was an issue in them receiving my payment. I am cross ! Was this an issue with PayPal ( which wrongly appeared today to be showing my card as expired - showed old card ) or was this an E Bat issue ? Anyone else been affected ?
