I recently had a cake delivered to my parents in India, the charge showing up on the transaction screen was Indian Rupees 1030, somehow when I entered my paypal Id it converted to $1030 and I processed the payment without taking note of the fact that the Rupees converted to USD.. 🙂
I contacted the vendor instantly and asked them for what can be done in this situation.. They mentioned that they will only withdraw the required amount .. Which should be about $20.. Can this be done or will they be processing a credit for the balance of $1010.. Also would any one know how much time can it take to get this refund.. Its a credit card payment ?
