how do refunds work??confused and need help

so i made an ebay purchase....and it went south....seller said the product wasn't fit for sale and issued a refund....my pay pal is linked to my debit card and that is where the money came from....the refund is shown in my account history on pay pal but my pay pal balance is still 0.00.....i contacted pay pal and they said it would go back to my bank account.....which confuses me because i have recieved refunds before and they were always just added to my pay pal balance....not transfered back into my bank account....pay pal said anytime your funds come from a debit card that it always send the refund back to it.....which is instantly not true because i have only every paid out of my debit card and i have recieved a couple refunds straight to my pay pal...they also told me it could take up 30 days to actually get my refund.....needless to say i am very unhappy with this whole situation and unfortunalty when/if i get this mess straightened out i will be a former pay pal customer....i have had a few problems in the past that i overlooked but this is a little rediculous IMO....i wont be using pay pal after this mess...i transfer money all the time at my job and they are fast usually no more than a day...so i dont see why on earth in any situation it would take 30 days....only bad thing is so many people except only pay pal as payment....and i understand why.....but sadly i wont be using it anylonger......

 I NEED HELP TO I PURCHASED ALMOST 900.00 WORTH OF JUNK FROM C2COFFER.COM AND I HAVENT RECIEVED HARDLY ANYHTING BUT A WATCH AND IT DOES NTO LOOK LIKE IT DID IN THE PICTURES . I PAID THE PEOPLE THROUGH PAYPAL ON DEC 13 AND BEFOR E AND AFTER ITS BEEN OVER AMONTH AND STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED MY MERCHANDISE I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK AND I DONT KNOW HOW TO GET IT , THE SELLERS WON'T RESPOND TO ME AT ALL AND GIVE ME PHONEY TRACKING NUMBERS , I FILED CLAIMS THROUGH PAYPAL BUT I LET THE SELLERS TALK ME OUT OF DROPPING THE CLAIMS AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN SO MUCH MESS IN ALL MY LIFE. I NEED HELP I HOPE THERE IS SOMEONE OUT THERE THAT CAN TELL ME WHAT TO DO SHOULD I CANCEL THE TRANSACTONS THROUGH MY BANK OR WHAT I DON'T THINK PAYPAL WILL HELP ME SINCE I LISTENED TO THE SCAM SELLERS AND CANCELLED THE CLAIMS .  I HAVE EMAILED PAYPAL BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TO DO SHOULD I CANCEL ALL THE TRANSACTIONS THROUGH MY BANK AND JUST PAY THE CHARGES BECAUSE I M NO TGOING TO GET THE STUFF AND WHAT IDID GET IS TRASH FORM THE DOLLAR STORE DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE A BIG HUGE SCAM. C2COFFERIS A BIG FAT SCAM AND FRAUD. I NEED HELP CAN SOMEONE HELP ME AND TELL ME WHAT TO DO?? I AM SO SCARED I HAVE LOST ALL THAT MONEY AND ITS TERRIBLE  CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME??/ THANKYOU, CP
