39 people contributed (via paypal) to buy a computer for a newly single mom trying to get on her feet. The computer was purchased online, however the company input the shipping address incorrectly and had to cancel the order. Paypal is refusing to credit the money back to my friend's account so that she can repurchase the computer. This happened on MONDAY, January 23rd. Initial discussions with PayPal told her that she would get her money back in 24-72 hours. After speaking with a supervisor Today, she was told it could be up to 30 days to get the money back. However, they were going to need an additional 24-72 hours to let her know whether or not that is the case. Which means it will be the end of next week before she finds out if it will be 30 days for her to get this money back. 39 people are involved in this and PayPal is **bleep**ing a really good person and her family. So what's the solution?
