ok i set up my account with paypal an i have to get a confermation number for it i understand that. but why do i have to pay a agent fee to pick up the item the emails are tellin me that the person who is buying my item payed for it the agent fees but then the purchaser is tellin me i need to pay the gent before the money goes thru i jus dont understand this hole paypal thing
can anyone help me out
why do i need to pay the agent ?
once the money tranfer is to the agent my money will go into my account is the correct ?
