Tracking # shows item was signed and delivered but money is still on hold?

I thought the only way for the payment to be release to the seller is if we received a feedback or the tracking # shows it's been delivered? Right? The tracking # I provided shows it's been delivered and even signed for but it's been 4 days and the payment is still on hold? Why is that? What's going on here? Why aren't they releasing it?

thanks...are they open on saturdays?....the thing is, why do I have to call just to get my money? Isn't it suppose to be automatic? It's not like we call when we make transactions. My buyer won't respond and leave a feedback even though I have kept in touch with them the whole transaction. They have received and signed for the item already so it's only fair, automatically, that we get our money. This is so unfair, ebay and paypal. They give more protection to buyers. Without the sellers there will be no buyers, without sellers, they won't be making money because they have no one to charge their ridiculous fees....do I seriously have to call? if so, why even bother putting the info that a feedback or providing the tracking # will release the payment?

They are open on Saturdays.

It's supposed to be automtic, but Murphy's Laws rule here, just like everywhere else.

You should take the concept of "unfair" out to the curb and dump it in the trash.  It won't help you in business.

Events are neither fair nor unfair - they simply ARE.  Attaching labels like "unfair" simply adds stress to the mix and that just gives you worry lines.

I am in the same boat, this was my first transaction in a while, so they put a hold on it.

The item was delivered and signed for 9 days ago, there is no dispute from the buyer, neither has he left feedback.

They still aren't releasing the payment.

It was putting a note up "payment will be released in XX days" and it was counting down, now not even that is showing
