I've been operating my ebay account for about little over 3 months. I've made 8 sales total since then. The first 6 sales the money was transferred immediately to my account. Now the last two sales I've gotten, Paypal put a hold on the money for the items for 21 days. Why is that? I get a confirmation of payment from paypal telling me to ship now, but the money is on hold for 21 days.
I've called your customer service center and they told me that they do this to everyone who has less than 100 feedbacks and there is nothing they can do about it. She said I must either wait 21 days or to call customer service AFTER the package has been delivered and give them the tracking number for the package so they can confirm themselves that my customer has received it. She also added that even when I do receive 100 or more feedback that they will review my account and that it is no guarantee that they wont stop holding my money for 21 days. Is this true?
How am I supposed to run an eBay business if you are holding my cashflow for 3 weeks?
